Abstract

This Article Analyzes The Interrelationships Of The Two Phenomena, Namely, The Concepts Of Social Development And Spiritual Maturity. The Large-Scale Reforms Being Implemented In Uzbekistan, Which Has Positively Impacted The Population's Social Mood, Are Illustrated By Concrete Examples. The Process Of Globalization Brings With It New Opportunities For Humanity, As Well As Unexpected Problems. Threats And Dangers To National Identity And Spiritual Values Are Growing. Only Self-Centeredness, Light-Heartedness Towards Work, Family, And Consumerism Are Analyzed In Various Ways, Especially In Young People's Minds. In Social Development, The Spirituality Of People And Nation Changes Depending On Society's Life. The Social Mood Of A Particular Society Depends On The Effectiveness Of The Changes And Reforms That Occur.

Today In Uzbekistan, Reforms In All Spheres Are Considered To Be Rising To A New Level. It Is Also Emphasized That Qualitative Changes In The Spiritual And Educational Processes Are Provided. In Particular, It Has Been Recognized That The Spirit Of A Time Of Great And Profound Change Has A Positive Effect On People's Moods, Confidence In The Present And The Future, Their Outlook On Life, Homes And Schedules.

In Uzbekistan, The Institution Of Social Dialogue Has Risen To The State Policy Level. It Has Become A Nationwide Phenomenon, Widely Used In Foreign Policy And Domestic Politics. The Fact That This Phenomenon Is Spreading Among Various Government Branches And The People, Leaders And All Segments Of The Population, Including Young People, Is Becoming More Important In Deepening Democratic Changes In Our Society. Naturally, These Processes Create An Atmosphere Of Open And Sincere Communication In Society, A Spirit Of Sympathy For People From A Practical Point Of View. At The Same Time, It Is Emphasized That The Upbringing Of Young People In The Society, Who Are Spiritual, Well-Mannered, Good And Kind, Is More Important Than Ever.
