Educational Leadership: The Role Of Parents

Abstract
Parents And School Are Never Separated In Making School The Best Place For Children To Study. The Role Of Parents Is Very Important In Ensuring The Continued Success Of The School As Well As Continuing Learning Activities. The Presence Of Parents In Supporting And Assisting The School Management To Provide The Best Services In Education Is Always Needed To Translate The Success Of The Students. School Leadership Basically Requires Parents In Meeting The Need To Get Ideas As Well As Their Support In Managing The School, Focused On The Students. This Qualitative Study Aims To Explore The Role Of Parents In Helping The Management Of Their Children's Learning Through The Perspective Of Teachers. A Total Of 20 Teachers Involved In This Study Were Randomly Selected In The District Of Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia. Interview Sessions Were Conducted Online And Thematic Analysis Was Conducted. The Findings Show That, Parents Can Help The School In Leadership Through Four Things, Namely, Monitor Children's Learning, Ensure Children Are Disciplined, Support School-Organized Activities And Provide Services To The School If Needed. It Is Hoped That This Study Can Provide A Basic Overview To The Next Researcher To Conduct Further Research.
