The following article deals with the formation of tolerant thinking of youth as it is important in strengthening the state policy. Today one of the most important issue is protecting youth’s security from various ideological alien ideas, and preparing them for life based on tolerance. Tolerance is one of the most essential features of a secular state. But the scientific answer to the question of what tolerance is, what is its modern and traditional essence, is one of the problems facing society and awaiting its own scientific solution.
