A Study on Attitudes of Vijayawada’s Consumers towards Insurance Services

Abstract
An effort is being made in this study to show how Vijayawada customers see insurance services. Respondents to a five-point Likert scale questionnaire were used to compile the data for this research. More than 377 people were surveyed to determine their degree of knowledge and attitude about insurance services. According to a new study, Vijayawada customers' perceptions about insurance services are strongly influenced by socio-economic and demographic factors. Insurance businesses in Vijayawada may use the results of this research as a basis for developing marketing plans that include socio-demographic and economic factors.
